What types of services does THRIVE UPSTATE provide?

 

Who Does THRIVE UPSTATE Serve?

We serve people with intellectual and related disabilities, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury, developmental delays, and people on the Autism spectrum.

If you have a different need, we’d be happy to refer you to another community partner for services.

 

How do people initiate services?

Please call your Case Manager to discuss receiving support services through Thrive Upstate.  If you do not have a Case Manager, please call 1-800-289-7012 to begin the eligibility process through the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.  Clink the link below for more information.

How many people receive THRIVE UPSTATE services each year?

We serve over 650 individuals and their families.

 

How is THRIVE UPSTATE supported financially?

THRIVE UPSTATE is a Nonprofit. We are funded through the Medicaid Waiver Program, grants, and private donations from people like you.

 

What is the Thrive Upstate service area?

We serve residents of Greenville County and neighboring counties.

 

Does THRIVE UPSTATE have a religious affiliation?

THRIVE UPSTATE does not have any religious affiliations and encourage our staff and clients to pursue their own religious preferences. Additionally, many local religious and civic organizations partner with us to build communities of support for the people that we serve. We deeply appreciate the love & support of all of our community partners.
